Vishal Mega Mart Limited, formerly Vishal Mega Mart Private Limited, announced that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of Ms. Neha Bansal as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of one year, commencing September 23, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. Gunender Kapur for a five-year tenure, effective September 1, 2026, along with his re-designation as Founder, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer.
